The RDAZ President explained to the newly inducted Doctors the sacrifice involved in being a medical doctor and the responsibility they now carry on their shoulders. He reminded them to develop professionally but more importantly to take good care of their health and ensure that they take breaks and leave days whenever necessary because failure of a doctor to rest or care for their health , including mental health , results in failure to adequately care for other human lives.
