In an effort to increase mental fitness and physical wellness, the University of Zambia Medical Students Association-UNZAMEDSA held various sports activities on 30th of September, 2023 from which some sports men and women received well deserving Awards.
The Resident Doctors Association of Zambia-RDAZ congratulates all participants as they continue to show how we can all win battles against mental and physical illnesses through sports and regular exercise.
RDAZ welcomes such initiatives and encourages other Learning institutions from early education to Higher levels of learning to emulate the organisers of the event as we strongly believe that fitness and good health are catalysts of accelerated economic growth and national development.
