The Resident Doctors Association of Zambia recently held their annual Scientific Conference and Annual General Meeting on the 5th and 6th of April 2024. The event brought together medical doctors from across the country to share knowledge, discuss recent innovations, and collaborate on finding solutions to challenges facing the healthcare sector in Zambia.
One of the highlights of the event was the presence of the guest of honor, Honorable Sylvia T. Masebo MP, who shared valuable insights on the government’s efforts towards creating innovative solutions to shape the healthcare system in the country. Her presence added a significant level of importance and credibility to the conference, inspiring participants to work towards improving healthcare delivery in Zambia.
The event was made possible by the support of various organizations that came on board to sponsor and contribute to the success of the conference. These included IHM, JSH, HPCZ, Shalina, Augusta Pharmaceuticals, FNB, ZMA, Onyx Technologies, and Xtenda. Their support not only helped in organizing the event but also facilitated networking and collaboration among participants.
